Waiting list

We are pleased to announce that we will revise our cancellation policy and launch the waiting list.
We have received cancellation requests from several runners, and at the same time, we have received more requests for additional entries. Through the discussion, we have decided to revise our cancellation policy and introduce the waiting list.
So far, under our registration policy, there were no refund after the registration confirmation. From Jan 2025, when we will receive a waiting list request and cancellation request, we will match them, and upon confirmation of the registration and payment completion from a waiting list winner, we will accept a cancel request with a partial refund the a runner who requested a cancellation. Entry fee will be refunded excluding the system registration fee and the cancellation administration fee (total: 10% of the entry fee).
Cancellation and waiting list requests will be matched on a first-come, first-served basis for each category.
This mechanism will remain in effect until the end of March 2025. Please note that we will not be able to accept cancellations or waiting list after the deadline or if we are unable to match slots by the deadline.
