■Aimed at: Only runners can book (one parking lot per one runner) due to the limited capacity. Please encourage your accompanies to ride with you.

■Please also consider that the parking lot is for the runners staying “outside” Yamanaka Onsen. If you are staying at Yamanaka Onsen (including those who check out on Jun 21), we would appreciate if you park at the hotel's parking lot and walk to Yamanaka-za, the main event venue. Most accommodations in Yamanaka Onsen are at a distance that is not much different from the parking lot!

■Slot: Please book the necessary slot by each; (1) Jun 19 (Thu), (2)Jun 20 (Fri), (3) Jun 21-22 (Sat to Sun).

■reservation fee: 1,000 JPY per slot for the car / 500 yen per slot for the motorcycle *We will give you a voucher worth the same amount as the reservation fee that can be used at the official organizer booth (Powersports) in the Race Expo, if you bring an payment confirmation email at the information center on the main venue.

■Information and notes:

• You will park designated area within 2 km of the main venue, Yamanaka-za from any of the multiple parking lots.
• The number of parking lots is limited, so please cooperate in using public transportation as much as possible. Also, if possible, we would appreciate your cooperation in using the parking lot at your accommodations and to ride together with other runners.
• Only runners can book (one parking lot per one runner) due to the limited capacity. Please encourage your accompanies to ride with you.
• The maximum vehicle size is approx. 5 meters in length and about 2 meters in width. Buses, large camper vans, large trucks, and other large vehicles cannot be acceptable.

■operation period: During the race days; 6/21 (Sat) and 6/22 (Sun). Please use the public transportation for the bib collection on 6/19 and 6/20.

■fee: 1,500 JPY per ride (one way)

■How to book:

• The returning shuttle bus (round trip) from 6/21 (Sat) afternoon to 6/22 (Sun) will be sold at the information booth on the main venue.

■Capacity:
Jun 21 (Sat) morning to the race venue *reservation only

• 100K runners: 200 seats
• 50K runners: 150 seats
• 20K runners: 100 seats *20K runners will get off at the race venue and transfer to the bus bound for the start point with runners who do not use the shuttle bus.
  
  Jun 21 (Sat) to Jun 22 (Sun) round trip: 450 seats *same-day ticket only

• Due to the limited number of seats, only runners participating in the KagaSpa can book and take the shuttle bus. Please encourage your accompanies to use the public transportation.
• Please note that no refunds will be made.

• Nap Space during the race will be available from the race starts until Jun 22, 10:00 AM at Yamanaka Elementary School, gymnasium, 1.6km/20min walk from the main venue. If you finish after Jun 21 (Sat) 22:00, please feel free to use the nap space.
