Shuttle Bus services for Kaga Spa runners and supporters will be provided on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June. Outbound buses for Yamanaka Onsen Bus Terminal, race venue, to be operated corresponding to race start time of each race category.

■ Bus Tickets and Fare
- Round-trip ticket (Outbound and Return): 3,000 JPY per runner
- Advance reservation for outbound bus is required
- Passenger with outbound shuttle reservation can take return shuttle on a first-come-first-served basis

■ Important Notes
- Seats are limited. If a bus is full, any passenger is asked to wait the next available bus.
- Return buses are served on first-come-first-served basis.

■ Parking Policy:

• This official parking is dedicated for runners to park a car only while participating in the race. Supporters or anyone other than the runners are not permitted to utilize. Additionally, parking is only allowed for regulated duration by race category in which the runner participates.
  
• In compliance with the UTMB World Series sustainability policy, use of public transportation or the official shuttle bus operating in Kaga City are highly recommended. Details for the official shuttle bus services can be found here.
  
• The event does not pursue profit from parking fees. Hence, voucher(s) will be provided with value of payed parking fee after deducting actual costs such as platform transaction fee,. Voucher(s) can be used at the Official Shop to be located at the EXPO venue right in front of Kaga Onsen Station (details will be sent by email in early June. To redeem voucher(s), runners bib must be presented at race check-in area)
  

■ Parking Location:
Near Yamanaka Onsen Yamanaka-za (within 2 km of the main venue and the shuttle bus stop to “Kenmin no Mori”, 20K category start point. Specific location will be sent to the registered email address in early June).

■ Number of Vehicle Eligible:
One vehicle per race entry.
Note: If a runner participates in multiple categories (ex., 20K and 50K), separate parking reservation by category is required.

■ Parking Hours:

• 20K: 4:00–19:00, Saturday, June 20
  
• 50K: 2:30–23:00, Sunday, June 21
  
• 100K: 10:00, Saturday, June 20 – 23:00, Sunday, June 21
  The parking will be closed from 19:00, Saturday 20 to 2:30, Sunday 21. Enter, exit, or stay in the parking lot and car cabin (including for sleeping) are prohibited during the period of closure. If a runner return to Yamanaka-za due to DNF during this period, runners’ nap space (Yamanaka Elementary School Gymnasium) is available.
  

■ Parking Fees (Voucher Amount):

• 20K: ¥1,650 (¥1,500 coupon)
  
• 50K: ¥1,850 (¥1,700 coupon)
  
• 100K: ¥2,150 (¥2,000 coupon)
  

■ Important Notes:

• Upon entry, please present your parking ticket (to be sent to the registered email address in early June) to the staff, and display it on the dashboard at all the time while parked.
  
• Access to the parking lot or a vehicle during the closing period is strictly prohibited.
  The organizers are not responsible for accidents, theft, or other any incidents in the parking lot.

Reservation to open 20:00, Thursday, March 26 (Japan time).
Please read the above information carefully and follow steps below to proceed the reservation and payment process. (completion of payment will be considered agreement to above terms, including important notes).

• Log in to “My Reservation” using your email address and reservation number (listed next to your name in this email).
  
• Click “Edit Registration.”
  
• Add one (1) parking slot to your cart.
  
• Proceed to payment (credit card only).
  
  

Note: Only the parking option of the category registered will be displayed (ex., only 100K parking option to appear for 100K runner). If a runner registered in multiple categories needed multiple parking slots, please make separate reservations using each reservation number.
